Facilities Management maintains our buildings, infrastructure, grounds, and landscaping. This includes planning and managing all renovation and construction projects.
Directions
From the north (Highway 50), take exit 13 for Bradshaw Road and go south on Bradshaw Road. Turn left onto Old Placerville Road, then right onto Bradview Drive. Our building is located about 1.4 miles down on the left, before Bradview Drive turns east.
From the south, use Bradshaw Road to turn right onto Kiefer Boulevard. Keifer Boulevard turns into Happy Lane. From Happy Lane, turn left onto Bradview Drive. Our building will be on the right side, where Bradview Drive turns north. To park, turn right to continue on Bradview Drive, then turn right into our parking lot.
Parking
Our parking lot and its entrance are located on the west side of the building. Parking is free for visitors and employees.
